FAKTOR SOSIAL EKONOMI, POLA MAKAN DAN PREVALENSI ANEMIA DEFISIENSI ZAT BESI PADA IBU HAMIL

Abstract


Anemia merupakan masalah serius yang terjadi selama kehamilan dan disebabkan oleh beberapa faktor risiko diantaranya sosial ekonomi, graviditas, usia kehamilan, konsumsi tablet Fe dan pola makan.Faktor sosial ekonomi masih menjadi masalah yang dihadapi negara berkembang dan di Indonesia banyak ibu hamil yang memiliki gizi yang kurang disebabkan karena pola makan yang tidak seimbang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran sosial ekonomi, pola makan dan prevalensi anemia defisiensi zat besi pada ibu hamil di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Krueng Barona Jaya Kabupaten Aceh Besar. Metode penelitian yang digunakan deskriftif naratifpendekatan cross sectional, populasi berjumlah 454 ibu hamil dengan responden sebanyak 90 orang yang dipilih dengan metode purposive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui lembar kuesioner dan Hb meter. Hasil pengumpulan data menunjukkan bahwa prevalensi anemia defisiensi zat besi pada ibu hamil sebanyak 25.6%. Diharapkan kepada petugas kesehatan untuk meningkatkan program penyuluhan kesehatan bagi ibu hamil serta tindakan promotif dalam menghadapi masalah anemia defisiensi zat besi dan meningkatkan status gizi ibu hamil.
