Abstract


Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui karakter agronomi dan hasil serta ketahanan terhadap penyakit Hawar Daun Bakteri dari turunan BC3F2 Tg/IRBB27. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dalam Rumah Kasa di Kebun Percobaan dan Laboratorium Pemuliaan Tanaman Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Syiah Kuala, Darussalam, Banda Aceh, dimulai dari bulan Desember 2020 sampai dengan Juni 2021. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa turunan BC3F2 yang prospektif untuk dilanjutkan  adalah genotipe T35.7.5 (tanaman 1, 8 dan 12), T36.10.3 (tanaman 7 dan 11), T37.3.2 (tanaman 1), karena memiliki postur tanaman yang pendek berkisar antara 92-130 cm, hasil tinggi yang berkisar >10 ton/ha dan mengandung sd-1 serta tahan terhadap serangan hawar daun bakteri.

 

Changes in Plant Agronomic Characteristics and Bacterial Leaf Blight Resistance in BC3F2 Tinggong/IRBB27

 

Abstract.  This study aims to determine the agronomic character and yield and resistance to bacterial leaf blight from BC3F2 Tg/IRBB27. This research was carried out in a screen house in the experimental garden and the Plant Breeding Laboratory, Faculty of Agriculture, Syiah Kuala University, Darussalam, Banda Aceh, from December 2020 to June 2021. The results showed that the BC3F2 that was prospectively studied further was genotype T35.7.5. (plants 1, 8 and 12), T36.10.3 (plants 7 and 11), T37.3.2 (plant 1), due to having a short plant stature ranging from 92-130 cm, high yields per ha ranging from >10 tons /ha and is resistant to  Bacterial Leaf Blight Resistance.
