Pengaruh Penambahan Nanoselulosa Dari Tandan Kosong Kelapa Sawit Terhadap Ketebalan Dan Transparansi Film Polycaprolactone (PCL)

Abstract


Abstrak:  Biodegradable film dari polycaprolactone (PCL) dengan penambahan nanoselulosa (NC) dari tandan kosong kelapa sawit (TKKS) dibuat dengan menggunakan metode cetak. Konsentrasi penambahan NC yaitu 0%, 1%, 3%, 5%, 10%, 15% dan 20%. Karakterisasi biodegradable film dilakukan dengan pengukuran ketebalan dan pengujian transparansi dengan Uv-vis Spektrofotometer. Hasil pengukuran ketebalan menunjukkan penambahan konsentrasi NC semakin tinggi menghasilkan film dengan ketebalan semakin tinggi, ketebalan paling tinggi terdapat pada sampel PCl-NC 20% yaitu 0,0628 nm. Hasil pengujian transparansi film menunjukkan semakin besar konsentrasi penambahan NC maka transparansi pada film semakin rendah, pengujian pada sampel PCL-NC 0% memiliki nilai transmitan yang paling tinggi pada panjang gelombang 700 nm yaitu 19%, yang menunjukkan film yang dihasilkan memiliki transparansi yang baik. Sampel PCL-NC 20% merupakan sampel dengan nilai transmitan paling rendah pada panjang gelombang 700 nm yaitu 3%.

Pengaruh Penambahan Nanocellulose Dari Palm Oil Kosongkan Lantai Untuk Ketebalan Dan Transparansi polikaprolakton Film (PCL)

Abstrak: Biodegradable films from polycarolactone (PCL) with the addition of nanocellulose (NC) from oil palm emty fruit bunches (OPEFB) were made using the casting method. The concentration of addition of NC is 0%, 1%, 3%, 5%, 10, 15% and 20%. Characterization of biodegradable film is done by thickness measurement. Transparency testing with Uv-Vis Spectrophotometer. The thickness measurament results showed that the higher NC concentration resulted in a film with a higher thickness, the higher thickness was found in the 20% PCL-NC sample that is 0,0628 nm. The film transparency test results showed that the greater the concentration of the addition of NC, the lower the transparency of the film. The test on the PCL-NC 0% sample has the highest transmittance value at a wavelength of 700 nm which shows the resulting film has good transparency. The 20% PCL-NC sample is the sample with the lowest transmittance value at a wavelength of 700 nm which is 3%.
