IDENTIFIKASI PARASIT PADA IKAN TENGGIRI (Scomberro spp) di TPI LAMPULO KOTA BANDA ACEH(Identification of Parasites in Scomberro spp in TPI Lampulo Banda Aceh City)

Abstract


ABSTRAK

            Penelitian ini bertujuan mengidentifikasi jenis parasit yang menginfeksi Ikan Tenggiri (Scomberro spp) di  Tempat Pelelangan Ikan (TPI) Lampulo Kota Banda Aceh. Sebanyak 5 ekor Ikan Tenggiri yang diambil dari TPI Lampulo, diperiksa di Laboratorium Parasitologi Fakultas Kedokteran Hewan Universitas Syiah Kuala Banda Aceh untuk melihat keberadaan ektoparasit dan endoparasit. Pemeriksaaan ektoparasit dilakukan dengan cara pengamatan permukaan tubuh bagian luar dan kemudian diperiksa di bawah mikroskop, sedangkan pemeriksaan endoparasit dilakukan dengan cara pengamatan pada Organ dalam dari saluran pencernaan. Dari hasil penelitian ditemukan dua jenis parasit yang menginfeksi Ikan Tenggiri di TPI Lampulo yaitu Chilodonella spp dan Trichodina spp. Sebanyak 40% dari 5 ekor Ikan Tenggiri terinfeksi Chilodonella spp dan 20% Trichodina spp.

 

ABSTRACT

This research aims to identify parasite type that infect somberro spp in TPI Lampulo, Banda Aceh City. Total of five somberro spp were taken from TPI Lampulo and examined at Parasitology Laboratory of Veterinary Faculty Syiah Kuala University Banda Aceh to see the existence of ectoparasites and endoparasites. Examination observed by examined under a microscope, while endoparasit examination was observed on the digestion tract. results of research were found two types of parasites that infect somberro spp TPI Lampulo that were Chilodonella sp and Trichodina sp. Total 40% of Scomberro spp were infect by Chilodonella spp, and 20% Trichodina spp.
