Isolasi Cemaran Salmonella Sp Pada Ruangan Kandang Burung Puyuh (Coturnix Coturnix Japonica) Di Kecamatan    Darul Imarah, Aceh Besar

 

ABSTRAK

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengisolasi bakteri Salmonella sp. Pada ruangan kandang burung puyuh (Coturnix coturnix japonica) di Kecamatan Darul Imarah Aceh Besar. Sampel penelitian didapat dengan meletakkan media pada ruangan kandang burung puyuh. Dengan dua kali pengulangan, yaitu pagi dan sore hari, Koloni yang tumbuh pada media Salmonella Shigella Agar diamati secara mikroskopis dengan pewarnaan Gram. Hasil penelitian ini dianalisis secara deskriptif. Pada penelitian dua kelompok perlakuan yaitu pagi dan sore hari positif ditemukan pertumbuhan koloni bakteri Salmonella sp. dan dapat  disimpulkan bahwa ruangan kandang burung puyuh positif terinfeksi cemaran bakteri Salmonella sp.

ABSTRACT

The purposed at this study was to isolate Salmonella sp inside quail cage in Darul Imarah district, Aceh Besar the sample used in this study by placing the media inside the cage. Which two repetitions on morning  and afternoon. The growth of colonies stained by Gram staining and observed under light microscope. Data were analised descriptively. The result show that the present Salmonell sp both on the  morning and afternoon. It can be concluded that inside  the cage was contaminated with Salmonella sp.
