STRUKTUR HISTOLOGI KULIT IKAN GABUS (Channa striata) (The Histology Of Skin’s Snakehead Fish (Channa striata))

Abstract


ABSTRAK

 

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui struktur histologi kulit ikan gabus. Sampel yang diambil adalah kulit bagian dorsal dan bagian abdomen diamati dengan metode histologi eksplorasi. Pengamatan dilakukan setelah pembuatan preparat histologi yang diwarnai dengan Hematoksilin-eosin (HE) dan Masson trichrome. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan struktur histologi kulit ikan gabus terdiri atas tiga lapisan. Lapisan epidermis yang tersusun atas sel-sel epitel pipih, sel mukus, club cell, dan sel pigmen. Lapisan dermis terdiri dari stratum spongiosum dengan serabut kolagen longgar dan stratum compactum dengan serabut kolagen rapat. Lapisan hipodermis terdiri dari sel lemak, serabut kolagen, dan pembuluh darah. Pada lapisan dermis terdapat banyak serabut kolagen yang berwarna biru dengan pewarnaan Masson trichrome.

ABSTRACT

 

 This research aimed was to know the histology skin of snakehead fish. The samples was came form dorsal and abdomen of snakehead fish. The method used Haematoksilin-Eosin (HE) and Masson trichrome method. The result showed that structure of skin snakehead fish consist tree stratums. The first was epidermis stratums which are composed of squamous cells, mucus cell, club cell, and pigment cell. The second was dermis stratums which are composed stratum spongiosum and stratum compactum. The third was hypodermis stratums which are composed of fat cell, collagen, and blood vessel. Mainly collagen was located in dermis which stained by Masson tricrome.
